Terms and Coditions of UMBRELLACAR rent a car Bulgaria

1.DRIVING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Customer must hold and present a driving license for at least 3 years and a passport or ID card.

The car may be driven only by the person signing the contract, the minimumu age is 23 or in the judgment of the company officer. A second driver should be entered at the moment of signing the agreement.

2. RENTAL RATES:
All rates are quoted in EURO.
All rates are calculated on a 24 hours basis.
All rates are based on unlimited mileage

Car rental rate includes:

The rental price does not include penalties and all kind of sanctions that may be imposed by the traffic control officers to the driver for the non observation of the Road Traffic Act along of the roads of Republic of Bulgaria.

4.Period of hire

Rental days are calculated on 24 hours basis.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The rental price shall be payable at the signing of the contract in cash.

At the signing the contract, as a warranty, the customer shall deposit an amount, stated in the tariff.

A deposit is collected from 100 to 300 Euro depending on the class of the rented car. The deposit is refundable after car-return and after its inspection.

6. DELIVERY & COLLECTION:

6.1 Free delivery & collection to Varna Airport, Varna,Burgas Airport,Burgas and others free of charge

6.2 Other city in Bulgaria minimum tax (See in the second step of the reservation form)

At a cancellation of the reservation at condition that it is confirmed, the company shall look for compensation.Especially when the cancellation is little before the date of lease.

7 FUELLING & REFUELLING REGULATIONS:

- All vehicles are delivered with full petrol tank .

The Petrol tank should be full at collection

The cost of the fuel is not included in the rental price of the car.

8. EQUIPMENT OF THE VEHICLE:

- All vehicles are equipped with the following:, a spare tyre, a jackscrew, a spanner, a first-aid kit, a fire-extinguisher,waistcoat and reflective triangle.
